Manager - Finance & Accounts
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Delhi
Role & Responsibilities :
- To examine and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control systems.
- To evaluate existing processes, identify shortcomings/ gaps & suggesting remedial/ corrective action plan.
- Regulatory filling RBI, SEBI for listed debt instrument.
- End to end knowledge and understanding of Business processes of NPA.
- Review of TDS liability, GST liability and GST returns, direct and indirect tax filings.
- Review of income tax routine reply.
- Coordinating the statutory audit.
- To test reliability and timeliness of the regulatory reporting.
- Establishment of detailed process to ensure compliance to accounting policies / procedures and financial reporting.
Qualification & Experience :
- Should be qualified Chartered Accountant and B. Com graduate.
- Experience in finance & accounts, statutory compliance, internal audit preferably in Power sector, banks / FIs / Financial Service Companies / Big 4.
