Job Summary:
- As Manager-Payroll, you will serve as the subject matter expert in Payroll processing as well reporting and analytics design and development. The Manager, Payroll will provide leadership and direction in both the process and the automations to ensure we are leveraging our expertise and data to provide the business with meaningful insights that drive action.
- The position fully understands the people, processes, and technologies required to ensure outcomes promised are delivered. This role will require an Accounting and Finance professional with a successful track record of transforming financial and operational areas into corporate growth enablers.
- The individual will direct the development of high quality deliverables and work product, lead project engagements and lead in the creation of high valued-added practice methodologies, tools and deliverables. The individual will provide hands-on leadership, direction and mentoring of team members, and manage stakeholders relationships.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate - MBA/PGDM - Finance, M.Com
