for Business Development Manager :- Responsible for Lead generation, Direct sales, and Growth of existing accounts.- Develop new business accounts and meet sales targets through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.- To stay informed and up-to-date on industry news, competitor activities, and product knowledge and to constantly strive to improve your own skills.- Manage the assigned project through proper planning and execution, schedule activities, and report follow- ups.- Preparing Business Strategy and Revenue Plan for the fiscal year and executing it to meet or exceed fiscal year revenue objectives.- Drive commercial negotiations and ensure that they are completed in accordance with the company policies.- To participate in meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, and OEMs to resolve project-related queries and issues.- Mapping clients requirements and providing best solutions to suit their requirements.- Working cross-functionally with the purchase, project, delivery, and logistics- team.- Prepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, and business and market trendsPreferred Qualifications :- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales in either Gifting, Interior Designing, or trading companies- Strong existing sales network.- Multi-lingualQualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies- Focused and goal-oriented- Total-3-6 yrs Of ExperiencePreferred Qualifications : Industry knowledge of either Courier/Logistics, Interior Design, or Building/Office Supplies (ref:updazz.com)
