Finance Manager - Leading HFC- BFSI
Designation : Manager - L2
Location : Head Office, Vikhroli
This is a team leader role this person will be managing a team 4 to 5 people

Reporting to : Head - Finance
Location : Mumbai
Function : Finance
Job Purpose : Financial reporting and regulatory reporting
Role :
- Supervising the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Directly responsible for financial accounting, audit and statutory compliances
- Compliances for direct / indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal and other statutory compliances
- Manage reconciliation with various business partners
- Set up and establish systems & processes
- Building and leading a team of qualified professionals to manage different functions in finance and accounting
Qualification & experience :
- Chartered Accountant with 6-10 years experience
Essential skills :
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Conversant with financial applications such as Oracle financials/SAP
