Responsibilities

Strategy

Lead and maintain infrastructure under GFS Data Management portfolio. The responsibility will include development of a road map, data controls: recon & validations, data quality, agile delivery model, finance & treasury domain knowledge, Service Management plan, control changes and ensure continuous availability of the infrastructure to its stakeholder.

Business

End to End ownership of the process and ensure that the processes are standardized;

Manage stakeholders for Service Assurance, Quality and risks;

Derive customer satisfaction by providing good quality output which is very efficient and effective;

Work towards overall relationship management across organization;

Focus on the exceptions & ensure necessary dispensations are in place;

Identified risks are communicated to the stake-holders;

Compliance to the Operational Policies (Ex: Financial Control Policy, Cross Border Recharge Policy, etc);

Understand and truly follow the Group Code of Conduct, Close Personal relationships to avoid conflict of Interest;

Completion of all the mandatory e-Learning before the scheduled due date;

Assurance of effective controls in place through KCSA / KRI / CST;

Periodically assess the process controls and fix any control weaknesses;

Analyse the Metrics data and convert them into an actionable item;

Capacity Planning;

Ensure that Key man risk is identified and eliminated;

Robust back up plan for all key positions who carry out critical process

People & Talent

Manage and develop people at various grades and skill for efficient management of the infrastructure.

Skill and People Development

Good communication skill

Take suitable actions for engaging people and maintain a highly engaged team.

Display exemplary conduct and live by the .

Qualifications

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

Academic degree from a well-recognised institution
