One of our esteemed clients which is a start up in API manufacturing is hiring in Finance division. The role is based at Navi Mumbai, the The roles and responsibilities are as under: 1 - Financial Planning and Analysis: role involves in support to the strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making by management. 2 - Financial Reporting: responsibility for preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial statements. These reports are essential for internal management, external stakeholders, and regulatory compliance. 3 - Bookkeeping and Accounting: responsible to handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records. They also manage accounts payable and receivable processes. 4 -Financial Controls and Compliance: responsible for financial controls and procedures to safeguard the organization\'s assets, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigate financial risks. This includes maintaining internal controls, conducting audits, and coordinating external audits. 5 -Cash Management: responsibility to manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for the organization\'s operations. They monitor and forecast cash inflows and outflows, optimize working capital, and make recommendations to optimize cash utilization and investment. 6 -Financial Analysis and Decision Support: responsibility to conduct financial analysis to support decision-making in areas such as investment opportunities, cost management, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis. They assess financial feasibility, perform cost-benefit analysis, and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives. 7 -Tax Planning and Compliance: To collaborate with tax advisors and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. They prepare and file tax returns, monitor changes in tax legislation, and optimize tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining compliance. 8-Financial Systems and Technology: To manage financial systems and technology platforms, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and financial management systems. They ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data and implement improvements in financial processes and systems. 9-Financial Stakeholder Management: To liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior management, investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities. They provide financial insights, address inquiries, and build strong relationships based on trust and credibility. 10-Financial Strategy and Business Support: To actively contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. They provide financial insights and support for business initiatives, investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic projects.
