Loss / Balance Sheet for audit.
? Review and support of all the audits such as Statutory/Group/Internal/Tax/TP/cost and
special reports i.e., IPO/Due diligence.
? Responsibility to ensure reporting timetable for himself and his team and also
responsible for need based reports from time to time.
? Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;
? Responsible for audit and Supplier & Customer related issues, Banking and Fund
Management.
? Maintain the trust deed and land lease deed documents. show more
