Job Description
Position:Manager -Farming
Location:Kalai Near By Vapi
Experience:10 -15 Years
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing operations, crops, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
- Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting.
- Visiting the different divisions to inspect crops and perform tests on soil and water.
- Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies are regularly restocked.
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
- Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables, dairy, meat, and grain.
- Ensuring that all the staff on the farm adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
- Extensive experience in a farming-related field
- Work well under pressure and take care of multiple jobs at a time
- Excellent in communication with good interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and prospecting skills
Salary :- Upto 4.80 LAP
