If so, then this Manager, Export and International Sales position is for you! In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company\'s export and international sales operations. You will develop and implement strategic plans to expand our global market share, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with international customers and partners. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive export and international sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new export opportunities and assess international market trends.
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing and sales campaigns for international markets.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable) and provide them with coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with international clients, ensuring adherence to company terms and conditions.
  • Oversee the export process, including export documentation, customs compliance, and logistics.
  • Monitor international regulations and ensure all export activities comply with relevant laws.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize international sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on export sales performance to senior management.
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events (as necessary).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Btech (Mechanical) or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export or International sales coordination, with a proven track record of success in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade principles, export regulations, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Experience in developing and managing international sales teams (a plus).
  • Fluency in a second language (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel internationally (as necessary).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
