Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Own the complete lead generation & management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle.
Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectives.
Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
Responsible for managing to convert leads.
Providing in-depth information to clients includes counseling through phone.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools and data management.
Meet and over achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue.
Handle Objections and price negotiation in plan to generate Sales Revenue.
Understand the business needs of the Clients
Convince them to invest on new projects with the company
Desired Candidate Profile
Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
Excellent Communication Skills in English,
Good Convincing skills.,

Must be from BPO industry
