Job Description


- Lead the proactive pursuit of new sales opportunities, focusing on various IT Products and Services, such as SAP B1, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and other standard ERP software.

- Collaborate closely with key principals to drive business development strategies and expand the customer base

- Utilize social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and establish meaningful connections within the industry

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points..

- Initiate and arrange meetings with potential clients through calls and video conferencing

- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully and meet revenue targets set by the management.

- Create compelling business proposals, RFPs, and RFQs tailored to clients\' specific requirements.

- Develop and maintain a robust network for business development, fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry insights to effectively convert leads.. Collaborate with a highly experienced team to drive collective success and achieve exceptional results.. Maintain an updated database of prospective clients, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.. Requirements:.

- Proven track record of 5-10 years as an Outbound Sales professional, with expertise in selling Software Products like ERP systems (SAP B1, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation for the role

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong networking aptitude to build and maintain productive business relationships.

- Demonstrated success in winning 10-15 deals and achieving sales targets, showcasing a high level of performance in previous roles

- Basic understanding of finance to confidently engage with CFOs and Accountants during product demonstrations

- Skills:. Proficiency in ERP Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of success..
