Title: Manager ERP Application Maintenance and Support Location: Bangalore Your role Experienced Manager to oversee the application support of our Service Now and other platforms. Responsible for ensuring the outsourced vendor delivers high-quality support that meets service level agreements and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure that our Service Now and other platforms meet business requirements and that support is delivered efficiently and effectively. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

  • Manage outsourced vendor to ensure they deliver quality support for our Service Now and other platforms and related applications
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT leadership to assess business requirements and recommend solutions to enhance the performance of our Service Now and other platforms and related applications
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the support and maintenance of our Service Now and other platforms and related applications
  • Manage and ensure compliance with service level agreements and ensure high reliability and availability of our technical platforms
  • Ensure efficient change management processes are in place to support the deployment of new features and enhancements to our Service Now and other platforms and related applications
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for our Service Now and other platforms and applications support SOPs.
  • Identify risks and issues related to our Service Now and other platforms and related applications and develop proactive mitigation plans
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for projects under our Service Now Application Maintenance and Support team\'s scope.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Service Now role
  • Certifications in Service Now Platform is required
  • Experience with Service Now application development and administration
  • Proven track record in managing JDE platform and related applications with external vendors
  • Understanding of industry standard methodologies, such as ITIL, to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective technical solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is required
