One of the MNC is looking to hire 5-8 years of contract lawyer for there Navi Mumbai office.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Provide contract drafting, review and negotiation support to Business Development and Tendering teams on legal and compliance matters, as well as, assisting Project leaders in the execution of projects in Indi and Bangladesh.

2. Provide legal advice and guidance to support to business transactions in both Land and Marine divisions of the Country.

3. Provide Contract Support to Project Leaders in both Land & Marine divisions of the Country (contract review and summarization and commercial claim drafting).

4. Provide advice about debt recoveries, pre-litigation disputes and litigation.

5. Assist in all compliance related matters (including data privacy, sanctions, export control), Liaise with external law firm, as and when required, Implementation of the organization\'s group legal policies and guidelines.

6. Assist in Insurance matters in the Country. Review / finalize vendor contracts. Review / finalize contracts for various local bodies.

7. Provide legal advice in vendor dispute resolution, local govt. body dispute resolution and employee dispute resolution.

8. Experience in EPC contract, candidate from Construction and/or Oil & Gas sector will be advantage.

Skills / experience required to do the job - MUST HAVE :

- 5-8 years\' experience in the Construction and/or Oil & Gas sector

- Relevant Project experience/exposure.

- Currently in-house lawyer working for International/Global Corporation.

- Excellent command over English language.
