Key Responsibilities: Responsible for sales growth for movement of Marble, Granite, Clay & other bulk commodities originating from Rajasthan to Eastern & Southern India thru\' container\'s rakes. Responsible for daily customers enquiries regarding their bookings, transit information of their consignments & coordination with delivery team at the destination. Coordination with transporters for timely placing containers at the customer\'s door for pickup & delivery of the materials. Redressal of customers\' complaints regarding delay, breakage, or shortage of their material etc. Adhere to DP World laid down policies governing Credit control and credit offerings to customers. Preparation of data, presentation, study papers, reports as required. Analyse the competitor\'s activities & plan business strategies for continuous improvement and meeting of relevant objectives and targets as assigned by management. Undertake all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager / HOD. Conduct deep market study to understand the changing needs and expectation of customers and to plan addressing issues in coordination with other departments. Skills and Competencies Proven Sales track record in transportation of Marble, Granite, Clay & other bulk commodities thru\' containers. Understanding of Markets of Udaipur and suburb will be a added advantage. Relevant knowledge of retail customers dealing in interstate movement of stones, clay & other bulk commodities from Western to Eastern India. Relevant experience of documentation of Interstate business, generating & updating E-waybills as per the GST guidelines. Good communication skills. Qualification - MBA
