As an Assistant Sales Manager, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, Furthermore, you should be able to work at flexible hours and meet sales targets.Roles And Responsibilities:- To build a robust and profitable distribution network Distributers.- To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target- To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the Distributers in the team.- To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms- To take initiative for teams\' development through productivity improvement drives and training programs to enable them to achieve exceed their assigned business targets.- To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.- Training & Development Ensure the Product training to the part time employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.- Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with part time employees,- Tracking the performance of part time sales force on regular basis.- Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market.Education and Experience Requirements- Bachelor\'s degree in any Field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skill- Age : 21 to 32Interested candidate can share their resume on: 8780066361 (ref:updazz.com)
