About the Inspire Global Innovation Center

Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The companys technology hub, the Inspire Global Innovation Center in Hyderabad, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Global Innovation Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Global Innovation Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



Job Summary

Manage agile teams of MarTech and CRM engineers to build, deliver, and support strategic commercial initiatives at scale. Responsible for the managing engineering of Inspire's MarTech/CRM tech stack enabling value-driven business use cases and deep analytics.

Description

  • Manage 1-3 development teams leading technical execution and delivery of new initiatives.
  • Ensure that technical solutions are in line with company standards in respect to architecture, security, compliance, testing and product direction.
  • Implement industry best practices and tools to continually improve teams' ability to deliver and maintain solutions.
  • Attract, Mentor, guide, coach, coordinate training opportunities and support individual growth of Mangers/direct reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Technical, implementation and development experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Technical, implementation and development experience with Service and Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Technical, implementation and development experience with Email Service Providers, like SendGrid, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
  • Technical, implementation and development experience with SMS and mobile PUSH providers like Mobivity, Twilio, SFMC, etc.
  • Able to manage development team to deliverables: on time, scope and. budget
  • Experience with loyalty programs and SAAS is a plus
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Able to present complex technical concepts to business partners and senior management
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JSON and AMP script, REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience building email templates in SFMC, and other ESP is required
  • Deep understanding of and integrating REST-based web services
  • Proficiency with source control and release technologies (e.g., Git and Azure DevOps) and practices (e.g., CI/CD and automation)
  • Good soft skills, able to demonstrate solutions to business partners
  • Cross-Functional internal team exposure has worked previously with Product, Design, QA and Delivery leads.
  • Can help onboard and provide support to developers as they learn in their careers.
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams
  • Knowledge of A/B test strategies, multivariate test strategies, and test planning
