Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Demand Planning Process to ensure improvement in Forecast Accuracy
• Develop Supply Plan and coordinate with Manufacturing team for execution to ensure service levels for the vertical
• Deliver the Finished Good Working Capital Agenda by optimizing inventory norms and stock levels across the business.
• Connect with Business Verticals and Regional Teams for demand sensing and incorporate the same in production plans to ensure optimum inventory.
• Improve the maturity level of the S&OP process to ensure smooth integration across the business for the Vertical.
• Develop and Implement IT solutions to improve Supply Chain Forecasting, agility and reduce cost.
• Purpose of this position is to maintain high Customer Service levels across the business for all Finished Good product categories.
• Position will ensure complete implementation of the S&OP process across the Vertical. This would include the Demand Planning Processes.
• Position will manage the overall Inventory in the Supply Chain and ensure costs are optimized across the Supply Chain.

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
• BE / BTech + MBA.
• Numerate and System Literate (Knowledge of SAP/ SAP IBP is a Preference).
• Drives excellence by setting high standards for planning and execution.
• Able Negotiator, brings in improvisation and drive innovation.
• Ability to Influence Peers/Seniors to adopt a \xe2\x80\x9cpartnership\xe2\x80\x9d work model.
• Good Interpersonal Skills - Team Player.
• Connects with key customers/stakeholders regularly to understand specific needs and anticipate customer requirements.
