Description and Requirements

Customer Collaboration Manager, North America Consumer Operations

This is a highly visible demand planning, operations, and account management role on a high-performance team whose objective is to achieve industry-leading consumer PC operations. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, supply commits, inventory planning, managing corresponding eCommerce operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional groups such as business planning, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain, global business unit, and customer support teams which is paramount to achieve key objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountability for eCommerce specific supply/demand and operations management.
  • E2E ownership of SKU lifecycle management including, forecasting, commits, CPFR and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI).
  • Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach with the objective of achieving forecast accuracy.
  • Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and IT system requirements.
  • Own and manage the supply commit process for eCommerce/eCommerce D&H.
  • Direct, plan and execute all Demand Planning operations for assigned projects / assignments associated to held accounts.
  • Support the efforts of the 4P team in fulfilling their responsibilities to sell and install Lenovo products, offerings, solutions, and services.
  • Conduct business analysis, decision support; proficiently utilize reporting systems for forecasting.
  • Provide input to all levels of management direct and aligned on related problems and issues.
  • Analyze complex or new situations; manage business solutions or implement new approaches, procedures, or processes.
  • Influence and advise management on critical and strategic decisions or business issues related to held accounts.
  • Must be able to mine, organize and consume large amounts of data, discern the key elements, and provide tracking of metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the areas of supply chain, planning, or operations.
  • - Any Graduate
  • Ability to perform quickly and adapt as market dynamics change.
  • Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are essential for all internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of a customer organization, as well as with internal executives, explain critical concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred:
  • Goal-oriented, operationally disciplined, and initiative-driven, focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive levels of management.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan, JDA, and SAP S/4HANA
