Summary:
As a Manager- Customer Success in Company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our
customer\'s satisfaction and success with our services. You will be responsible for building

\xe2\x97\x8f Delivering Value through Product Rollouts:
\xe2\x97\x8b Collaborate with customers to introduce and implement new products and
solutions that align with their objectives.
\xe2\x97\x8b Ensure customers derive value from these new offerings.
\xe2\x97\x8f Impact on Revenue Contribution:
\xe2\x97\x8b Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
\xe2\x97\x8b Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring Support Tickets:
\xe2\x97\x8b Monitor the support ticket dashboard, ensuring timely resolution of
customer inquiries and issues.

(SLAs).

to existing customers.
