Position Purpose
- People Management, Operations, Reporting.
- Enthusiasm to learn & explore new things
- Accountability and ownership in everything that you do
- Technical experience is a plus, but not a mandate.
- Uses product-thinking frameworks to discover and solve the right problems
- Speaks the language of engineering, design and marketing.
- Navigates across the organization to get things done.
- Can turn proof-of-concepts into value-adds for customers.
- Uses data to make decisions, measure success and have healthy debates.
- Can build a roadmap and get buy-in from all stakeholders
- Writes great Requirement Documents, Stories and Narratives.
