Job Profile :
- To plan, coordinate, undertake and monitor the implementation of Community & Rural Development Activities through Kagina Jan Seva Trust of the Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives & Rural Development in partnership with Government Agencies and Local Community for the Sustainable Development of the Surrounding Community in Order to accomplish the Social Vision of the Company.
- Establish & Ensure a cordial relationship with the surrounding villages and ensure Community Participation in the Developmental Process. Identify & assess the required needs, prioritize the programmes, preparation of action plan and Implementation of the programmes.
- To undertake networking, organise Social, Economic and Environmental Programs through Community Participation.
- Feedback on all the Development Programs, Aids, through Electronic Media / Press Media with wide publicity.
- Prepare a special & attractive Brochure of all the CSR-KJST activities & prepare a Documentary Film on CSR (KJST)
- Model Villages Development
- Prepare and monitor the Budget as per the Guidelines given by the Corporate Office for different CSR initiatives.
1) Improvement in the Audit Score of WCM & People Management -KMFA.
2) Improve Kaizen Reporting(Nos/Employee/Annum)
3) Development of Model Areas over last year.
4) Ensure Completion of Jobs against Public Hearing as per Agreement under CSR;
5) To Complete all Safety Behaviour Observation Rounds
