What will you do as a Manager | Corporate Development & Investor Relations:

• Drive Mergers & Acquisition Projects (Mandatory Experience Needed)
• Research and analyses including key industry trends, major players and competition, financial analyses, modelling and projections
• Managing current investors onboard and maintaining a healthy relationship with them
• Preparing financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with verticals and functions on strategy implementation
• Lead transaction execution through application of strategic, financial, negotiation, and project management skills
• Reviewing financial reports to find ways to reduce costs
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

What are we looking for:

• Prior experience in M&A
• Very Strong Communication & Negotiation skills
• Strong Corporate Finance domain knowledge
• Stakeholder management at the Senior Leadership level
• Experience and functional domain knowledge on M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate legal matters
• Strong business acumen/understanding of Media Industry (

is a plus)
