Manager - Investor Relations - Financial Analyst
QUALIFICATION: CA / MBA Finance
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-4 yrs
LOCATION - Mumbai
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, implement and manage investor relations programs.
- Resolve investors' inquiries and develop corporate responses.
- Preparing monthly investor presentations and board decks
- Work across various capital market activities
- Bank debt , Bond structuring , Credit Rating and Equity raises
- Problem solve across various areas within the organisation.
Key work Areas :
- Controls, accounting, technology in Finance and Analytics
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders and work with technology team to implement effective solutions
REQUIREMENTS :
- CA (First Attempt) / MBA Finance from Tier I B school
- Domain understanding of finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise on MS Office suite
- Prior experience in treasury / technology (finance) /control implementation will be an advantage
