Job Title : Corporate Finance & Investor relations Manager

Reporting to : Head Corp Finance

Role Purpose : Execution of Funds Planning and Strategy across the organization, ensuring it meets the highest level of customer service.

Group Goals : Revenue Targets INR 35,000 Cr, ROCE 35%, PBT 12.5%

Work Areas:

- Treasury Management & Financial Analysis :

- Execute fund raising assignments : complete Private Equity deals / Capital market transaction ( Debt /Equity) and project finance in timely manner ensuring all documentation and compliances.

- Credit Rating: Interact with rating agency regularly and provide all information in a timely manner for MIL and other group companies.

- Execute Treasury operations including fund raising from domestic & overseas sources. Complete Security creation and perfection in timely manner to the satisfaction of lenders.

- Monitor adherence of investment policy framework in treasury operation on Kyriba or other automation tools (including all payments)

- Forex Risk Management: Execution of Forex transaction deploying appropriate hedging strategies and followup for adherence of policy.

- Quarterly reports to be prepared.

- Compliances of RBI/FEMA etc.

KPIs :

- % TAT adherence to timelines in Documentation, Security creation and compliance

- Average Cost of funding to be below MCLR + 10 bps

2. Investor Relationship :

Investor relationship management :

Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Investors Presentation to communicate Companys strategy, financial performance, business model and prospects with investment community.

- Attend investors /Analyst meeting with management and provide relevant data.

- Prepare all Investor collateral , earning conference call and transcripts.

- Provide financial data to analyst for coverage ,track major news & events for company and competitors benchmarking.

- Maintenance of database of all analyst meet.

KPIs : No. of new investors , new coverages

3. M&A : Structuring and Transaction support

Responsibilities :

To provide function support in :

- Structuring of transaction and valuation for all assignment.

- Acquisition funding: Execution of all fund raising with /without recourse

KPIs : % TAT adherence in timelines of documentations and compliances

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies :

Education Qualifications & Experience Requirements :

- MBA (Finance) from Tier-1 institute / CA ( Minimum 5 yrs experience), in large corporate / Investment bank's Treasury Operations.

Functional Competencies: Treasury operations, Strategic Finance, Financial Modelling , investor relations

Behavioral Competencies: Human Relation, Change Orientation, Execution,
