Job Description


Pre-Contract Management:

- Lead and oversee the pre-contract phase, which includes activities such as feasibility studies, due diligence, and project assessment.

- Analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with real estate development projects before contracts are finalized.

Contract Negotiation and Drafting:

- Skill full negotiate and draft a wide range of contracts, including procurement contracts, vendor agreements, construction contracts, and lease agreements.

- Ensure contracts align with the project\'s objectives and requirements.

Vendor and Supplier Selection:

- Collaborate with project teams to identify and select vendors, suppliers, and contractors who align with project goals and specifications.

- Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Work closely with finance teams to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

- Implement cost-control measures to optimize project expenses.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for potential contracts and projects.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks effectively.

Contract Administration:

- Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle.

- Monitor contract compliance, deadlines, and milestones.

- Handle contract amendments, extensions, and terminations as needed.

Legal Compliance:

- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.

- Ensure that all contracts and project activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain meticulous records of all pre-contract assessments, contracts, and related documents.

- Establish efficient documentation and archiving processes.
