Sr. Manager Facility & Administration (Real Estate)

Location: Ahmedabad

Requisite:

- BE - Electrical Engineering - graduate only, no Diploma

- Up to 45yrs of age, Must be proficient in Gujrathi and English

- 10+ years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years as a Facility Manager in a Real Estate Firm Mandatory.

- Knowledge and experience handling - Asset management, BMS, E&S solutions, EMS Audits, Energy Audits, Technical and 6-7 yrs handling soft services, Waste Management, Admin, Compliance, etc.

- Strong Tech knowledge Along with the above, should be able to provide solutions from cost saving aspect

Technical Perspective:

- Responsible for handling technical services i.e. operation & maintenances of one of the Key clients

- Responsible for Operation & Maintenance including Transformers, Circuit breakers, Power Distribution Networks, all electrical equipment\'s.

- Responsible for Operation & Maintenance including DG sets, chillers, Firefighting system , FA/PA systems, UPS system, Earthing system

- Responsible for Operation & Maintenance including STP,WTP and water management.

- Responsible for BMS operation.

- Handling Annual Maintenance Contract & vendor management etc.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and quality norms

- Identify & implement Systems & Processes aimed at improving Customer Service levels & Standards.

- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly/MIS

- Exposure of handling Technical Services of multiple Towers/Properties Operations.

- Knowledge of Soft service operations i.e. HK & Pantry Services etc.

- Establishing and maintaining appropriate customer services procedures and standards based on the agreement/ SOW / SLA.

- Interfaces with client and resolves problems.

- Coordinating with various vendors.

- Overseeing the office services needed to support department operations

- Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and fiscal management principles and procedures

- Evaluating support services, identifying needs, anticipating problems and developing corrective action plans.
