Position: Manager - Compensation & Benefits benchmarking
Experience : 5 to 10 Yrs
Location : Bangalore (India) - Hybrid model
Compensation : 30 to 40 LPA
What we are looking :
- Around 5 to 10 years of experience of C&B and HR Systems & Operations
- Expertise in C&B design and implementation
- Expertise in systems re-design & improvement
- Expertise in policy design in line with business goals
- Expertise in Indian Payroll compliance & labour laws
Total Rewards :
1. Compensation Strategy - Developing and implementing a strategic compensation plan that aligns with the organization\'s goals and objectives. This involves determining salary structures, pay grades, and ensuring that compensation is competitive within the industry.
2. Competitive Analyst - The C&B Specialist should be able to manage the competitive analysis of compensation and employee benefit plans, programs, and arrangements through periodic benchmarking and participation in market surveys. Someone who can provide competitive pay analysis and recommend short- and long-term incentive programs that address evolving organizational challenges.
3. Benefits Management - the design and administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, benefits policies, wellness initiatives, LTIP, ESOPS and other perks that contribute to the overall employee experience.
4. C&B Specialist should be able to review, design, implement, and communicate benefits programs and activities through robust analysis of market data, trends, and participation in relevant market surveys
5. Salary Reviews - Conducting regular salary reviews to ensure that employees are fairly compensated based on their roles, skills, and market trends.
6. Performance incentives/Long term Incentives - Creating performance-based incentive programs, such as bonuses, stock options, or profit-sharing plans, to reward employees for achieving individual and organizational goals.
7. Communication - Effectively communicating the organization\'s total rewards package to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Systems Excellence:
1. Analytics & Reporting - Utilizing data analytics tools to generate insights that inform HR decisions and strategies.
2. Compliance - Ensuring that HR processes and data management practices adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Technology Integration - Collaborating with IT teams to integrate HR systems with other organizational systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
