They are looking for young energetic Sales manager -National Accounts .

Role Title : Manager Compensation & Benefits -Corporate office ( Head count 20K+)

Location : Mumbai

CTC : 25.00 L

Reporting to Vice President - Human Resources

Educational Qualifications

- Post-graduate HR specialization (Master in Business Administration, MA in HR, MA in Social Sciences etc.)

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master's Degree preferred

Work Experience

- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing total rewards

- Must have 3-5 years of publically traded corporate experience with executive compensation boards

- 15+ year's business experience with large global organization, designing strong compensation and benefits programs and leading teams

Objectives of the position

The Corporate Director, Compensation and Benefits is responsible for the continuous strategic development, design, implementation, communication and maintenance of the group's total rewards functions to include Compensation and Benefits. Partnering with executive leadership, the incumbent is responsible for understanding the company's business needs and for ensuring the total rewards offering is competitive, sustainable, drives the desired behaviors and results in achieving group's company objectives.

Key Areas of Role & Responsibility :

1. Area of responsibility

Reporting to the Vice President - Organizational Effectiveness & Development, the Corporate Director Compensation and Benefits is a key member of the Global HR leadership team, leading the design, development, implementation and delivery of group's global compensation and benefits strategy. This role is responsible for:

- Conducting expert analysis and present innovative approaches to ensure that IHCL group's reward programs are designed to attract, retain and motivate a diverse, highly skilled and geographically dispersed workforce.

- Shaping and driving group's Compensation and Benefits philosophy, principles and framework, methodologies and compensation guidelines.

- Using deep analytical, problem-solving and influencing skills, partner with HR leadership team across the organization to share trends, risks and recommendations and gain support to position Hotel as an employer of choice. This role oversees executive compensation, serving as liaison to Corporate Finance,, prepares materials for the Board of Directors, public disclosure and compliance and oversees the design and administration of global mobility and relocation programs.

- Design and implement Global Benefits administration and compliance, including retirement, pension programs and wellness programs.

- Critical to the coaching and development of the global team of Compensation and Benefits professionals located in the India and abroad.

- Implementation of Code on wages

2. Essential job tasks:

- Use extensive knowledge of the hospitality landscape, and creative benefit design, to implement and manage the company's global health and welfare programs ensuring strategic, innovative, competitive, cost-effective plans that align with group's mission.

- Design, implement and communicate executive compensation strategy and programs. Prepare materials and actively participate in Compensation Committee meetings inclusive of the Board of Directors

- Direct the design and evolvement of the company's broad based compensation programs including base salary, annual incentive, long term incentive, and sales commissions.

- Lead the design and development of variable compensation plans for all job levels in order to support business objectives.

- Partner and align with Human Resource Business Partners (and Solutions Delivery as appropriate) and business leaders to identify and develop best practices to meet the needs of company's growing business.

- Ensure consistent application of compensation practices and administration and management of exceptions. Designs salary structures and ensures bonus and Long Term Incentive targets are competitive globally. Oversee executive compensation compliance and competitiveness including Long Term Incentive program design and administration. Deliver a seamless year-end process to allocate merit, bonus and long term incentives globally.

- Demonstrate an understanding of the market dynamics, key competitor compensation and benefit plan design, and industry trends. Innovate in overall plan design and administration to address industry dynamics and to attract and retain the best and brightest workforce.

- Partners with key business and functional leaders to understand cross-functional implications in order to enhance colleague engagement. Work with senior leadership both within and outside HR to drive the transformation agenda. Actively supports enterprise-wide programs and champions new initiatives.

- Ensures all regulatory and compliance expectations are met within the compensation, benefits functions

- Manage the design, implementation and delivery of global Benefits, Wellness and Retirement programs. Including all company sponsored benefit plans, 401k/pension plans, Wellness programs and management of the benefits budget.

- Oversight of compensation benchmarking surveys for gathering market trends and information. Participate in due diligence and integration of new markets and acquisitions as required

3. Learning opportunities:

- Advice, assist and consult regional HR, on matters related to job evaluation and compensation and benefits

- Prepare Compensation & Benefits training modules to be delivered to the Hotel HRs

- Financial management and budgeting skills

- Knowledge of tax rules of different countries

- Knowledge of prevailing compensation structures of multiple countries.

- Proven background in strategic influence and negotiation, and skilled in communicating and influencing a wide variety of internal stakeholders resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes.

Functional Characteristics - Thorough understanding of Compensation & Benefits needs present in a large organization, especially with regard to competitive compensation and benefits administration

- Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and a track record of innovating and evolving compensation, benefit and equity plan design and administration with the needs of the organization

- Business Acumen: understand business and industry factors to shape how strategies are developed, implemented and sustained

- Total Reward subject matter expert on initiatives, programs and special projects.

- Strong Total Rewards network with deep knowledge of bench marking practices and metrics.

- Good understanding of Code on Wage : Implications and implementation
