Project: This will be a unique and possibly India's largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel (about 250 keys) and the second a business hotel (over 500 keys). In addition to conference facilities in both the hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space of over 1 million square feet. Your responsibilities will include: Providing leadership and managing the day-to-day executional and technical aspects of the project. Supervising team members. Reviewing and assuring deliverables. Managing and monitoring risk assessments, project programme and reviewing strategic planning of the project. Implementing engagement review and quality assurance procedures and strive to achieve excellence in all areas. Managing Mace scope of work and mitigating risk. Handling difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual. Understanding the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation. Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. Defining ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships to maintain lasting relationships Applying Analytical skills to resolve day-to-day activities, problems and site issues. . About you You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have extensive experience as a manager in delivering major construction projects. You have advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. You have experience in leading hospitality projects across the complete construction stage till handover of the project. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have experience in managing projects within consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
