Job description :
- We are looking out for project managers for our residential projects having 12 to 18 years of experience in residential construction.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of RCC as well as finishing construction activities and must be well versed with Auto CAD.
- Costing, quality control, budgeting, coordinating with consultants planning, maintaining the timelines along with quality of construction and giving possession to the clients are the qualities we are looking for in the candidate.
- He must be able to handle various sites and co - ordinate with all concerned consultants and contractors.
- Having knowledge of structural fabrication and fa- ade work would be an added advantage.
