: - Channel Sales Manager- Are you an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a passion for travel and hospitality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We\'re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Channel Sales Manager in our Ahmedabad, and Surat, Delhi.Key Responsibilities :- Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current travel partners.- Identify and approach key or strategic partners and set short- and long-term channel strategies.- Promote Beyond Stay brands by strong marketing activities in defined regions.- Ensure proper visibility of Beyond Stay within the concerned market to increase brand recall.- Assist in issuing production plans based on orders procured from the Domestic Market.- Provide timely and accurate feedback on the new product range of competitors.- Track daily sales, perform a target gap analysis, and take corrective actions.- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.Key Requirements :- 3-8 years of experience in hospitality or channel sales (travel agents)- Bachelor\'s degree preferred- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, knowledge of the regional language is preferable- Ability to liaise and maintain PR at all levels- Self-motivated, assertive, and independent.- In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
