Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential land sites, establishing and nurturing relationships with brokers, and facilitating land acquisitions while adhering to land laws and regulations. Extensive fieldwork, including site visits and stakeholder meetings, will be a fundamental part of your role. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends, zoning laws, and land use regulations to identify opportunities that align with our growth strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular progress reports will be vital to ensuring the success of our acquisition projects.1. Market Research and Analysis :- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Analyse industry insights to develop strategies that capitalize on market opportunities.2. Business Growth and Expansion :- Develop and implement effective business development plans to drive revenue and achieve set targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the hospitality industry.3. Client Relationship Management : - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.4.
