Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our Domestic Staffing Division in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the BFSI, Travel, Insurance, and Pharma sectors. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base, develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.1. Identify and target potential clients in the BFSI, Travel, Insurance, and Pharma sectors through research, networking, and cold calling.2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.3. Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand their staffing requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions to clients.5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business contracts.6. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to enhance client retention and generate repeat business.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.8. Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company and promote our services.9. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Domestic Staffing Division.10.
