Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :
Knowledge of Amazon and E-commerce Marketplaces :

- Extensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace and AMS

- Good knowledge of other accounts such as Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.

Performance Marketing :

- Thorough knowledge of driving performance marketing for the brand

- Proactively performing regular optimization of accounts

- Responsible for working on E-commerce marketplace advertising platforms

- Strategizing and optimizing campaigns on a daily basis

Data Management and Reporting :

- Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly and monthly meetings

- Assist in planning, developing, and overseeing the initiative of major accounts

Client Management :

- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams

- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance

- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client

Team Management :

- Working with design, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, and marketing teams

- Ensuring the highest quality of materials are produced and client needs are met

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members

Business Development :

- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Qualification :

- 3-4 years of direct response & E-commerce experience in an integrated, multichannel marketing environment

- B. Tech/MBA from reputed Tier 2 Institutions.
