Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities: -- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. - Ensure that documentation, site visit, demos happen in a time bound manner.- Support the team to progress with target OEMs with the objective of qualifying recycled materials within cell manufacturers and OEMs Road maps- Coordinating, developing and managing quality relationships, with the customer- Owning the relationship to purchasing / strategic contacts at prospective customers.- Overseeing and supporting a growing team of sales account managers- Processing of RFQ\'s and leading the preparation of bids for new business- Supporting pricing negotiations for current & future business opportunities- Work with legal department to present and negotiate contracts- Managing the commercial account and quoting running changes in accordance to standards- Participate in shaping strategy through knowledge of customer and market trends, plans and opportunities- Supporting commercial and finance departments when necessary for order processing and overdue invoices- Contributing to the annual budgeting and long-term forecasting, personal input to guide the business on anticipated customer volumes- Providing weekly updates/reports/feedback on responsible area activity, plans and projections to management (ref:updazz.com)
