We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CDD Global Agile Business Analyst - Manager. In this role, you will:

• Provides expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience
• Provides expertise in DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins and Ansible
• Leads Agile engineering teams using DevOps practices such as test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Contributes to the IT Portfolio and Programme Management practice.
• Provides insight as to how a BA should learn and progress throughout the organisation.
• Drives adoption of the practice across the BA community
• Works within most critical and complex Technology projects - likely to span across multiple business units and/or geographies
• Supports and guides the Product Owner to create/evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
• Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
• Helping define and track metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the product
• Drive the Agile Team performance and outcome metrics as required
• Engages with senior technology project and technology programme managers as well as product owners
• Provides a high level of expertise in multiple technical capabilities and competencies such: as cloud, mobile, digital, security, core banking, micro services, capacity management and architecture platforms
• Provides expertise in process and is considered an authority in multiple areas, such as: disciplined Agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines
• Understands risk exposure to the bank and help senior colleagues manage it
• Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live
• Drives measurable continuous improvement into all delivery environments across all disciplines

• Decisioning Systems Triggering and Event Driven CDD expertise; Risk Model Expertise.
• Wholesale and WPB Line of Business KYC Policy exposure
• Wholesale and WPB KYC Business domain expertise
• Wholesale and WPB Onboarding system domain expertise
• Global KYC partner Systems integration expertise
• This role will primarily be India based but some travel may be required.
