Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: . Support the IOL (Insights Optimization Lead) in driving strategic communication with business leaders around analytics needs of the organization to support Novartis Operations on various data & digital initiatives . Work with Supply Chain functional pod within the organization for standardization of deliverables and enhancement of the insights to support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by performing business analysis and building scalable rapid prototypes. . Analyzing and interpreting supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations. . Working with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data requirements for building analytics solutions. Translate requirements into user stories to prioritize the product backlog. Develop standardized process documents, work instructions and frameworks and comply to them . Involve in high level design to ensure User Experience and Visual Design are aligned with Functional Requirements. Create product prototypes and model requirements in the form of graphical user interfaces . Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends. Creating and presenting reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Providing training and development to business leaders and stakeholders on how to use analytics tools and interpret analytics results . Hands on experience with supply chain systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP / SAP HANA etc., warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS). Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements . Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management, Logistics, Pharmaceutical Production Management, Business Analytics or a related field with overall 8+ years relevant experience in Business Analysis in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Pharma, and production management. . Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools, such as SQL, QlikSense / Tableau / Power BI, or Excel. Familiarity with data science is a plus. Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, transportation, and inventory management. . Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. . Proven expertise in scoping and managing business intelligence projects. Strong understanding of project management principles and processes. Pharma industry experience will be an added advantage. . Proven expertise in scoping and managing business intelligence projects. Ability to work either independently or take a small team together to achieve desired outcomes. Agile Scrum Master / Product Owner / PMP certifications is good to have. APICS - CPIM or CSCP certification is bonus.
