Manager - AccountWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to expertly cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with leading system integrators and implementation partners within the staffing and recruiting industry in the USA and North American market. The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise and an established network within this partner segment, along with a strong understanding of US staffing and recruiting regulations. You\'ll drive revenue growth, streamline solution adoption, and enhance client satisfaction by acting as the bridge between our company and these vital partners.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership Development:- Proactively identify, nurture, and solidify strong, mutually beneficial relationships with top-tier system integrators and implementation partners with a focus on the USA and North American market.- Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business models, offerings, and target markets, specifically within US staffing and recruiting.Collaborative Solution Creation:Work closely with product development, sales, and partner teams to create compelling joint solutions that address the evolving needs of US staffing and recruiting clients.Revenue Generation:Exceed sales targets by strategically onboarding new partners and expanding business with existing partners through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue streams, with a focus on the USA and North American market.Account Planning and Execution:- Develop and execute detailed account plans for key partners, outlining growth strategies, joint marketing initiatives, and co-selling opportunities specific to the US market.- Track progress, metrics, and ROI for these accounts, including scorecard metrics.Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for system integrators and implementation partners, proactively addressing needs, resolving challenges, and fostering a deep sense of collaboration.- This includes a strong understanding of tax terms and visa regulations relevant to US staffing and recruiting.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and partner ecosystems within the USA and North American market to inform strategies and maintain our competitive edge.Advocacy and Enablement: Champion the needs of partners internally; provide thorough training, sales support, and marketing materials to empower partners to succeed in the US market.Global Collaboration: Work effectively with various stakeholders both locally (India) and globally, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.Qualifications:- Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience effectively managing system integrator and implementation partner accounts within the US staffing and recruiting technology landscape.Established Network: Possess a demonstrable network of contacts within relevant system integrators and implementation partners with a focus on the USA and North American market.Business Acumen:- Strong understanding of partner business models, value propositions, and sales strategies.- Ability to translate partner needs into actionable opportunities for our company, with a deep understanding of US staffing and recruiting regulations (tax terms, visas, compliances)Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at crafting persuasive presentations and leading partner negotiations.Collaboration Mindset: Natural collaborator with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external partners, driving alignment towards shared goals.Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize partner program performance, with a focus on scorecard metrics.- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Work Location:This position requires 100% on-site work, preferably from Bangalore, India. The possibility of Noida, India may be considered for the right candidate.
