System Knowledge: Well versed and working knowledge of MS Office and Tally Systems.
Qualification Required: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Job Role:-

• Managing finance functions, assisting senior management in taking various financial decision
• Monitoring as well as preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms
• Preparation of financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements and balance sheets
• Group Company reporting to Japan.
• Co-ordinating for Statutory audit, Tax Audit and transfer pricing audit
• Closure of audit points, discussion with Auditors, tax officers.
• Accounting, Export Billing, CHA Vendor Bill processing, Bank Entries, Foreign Remittance.
• Overseeing administration of the department and maintaining coordination between various internal departments for smooth functioning
• Coordinating with banks on daily basis.
• Maintaining Export incentive, Duty Draw Back “DBK”, MEIS etc.
• Cash Flow Projection & preparation.
• Preparation of details of statutory audit & its compliance.
• GR Regularization in EDPMS system.
• Foreign Exchange Gain / Loss etc..
