We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Gross to Net Are you the one we are looking for! Gross to Net Analyst is responsible for the overall administration of rebate payments to Wholesalers, Retailers, Distributors and Group Purchasing Organizations. This includes calculating and verifying the rebate payment. Responsibilities: . Rebate Payment - with Par&rsquos financial and contract management systems (Model N, JDE and Hyperion), coordinate internal data to validate the customers\' submissions as well as process the payment. Rebate payments are processed either monthly or quarterly and are typically due within thirty (30) days of receipt of submission or the end of the period . Deduction Payment and Tracking: 1. Record, track and monitor status of claim submissions, including monitoring the Accounts Receivable Aging Report to identify open deductions for processing 2. Identify account and/or claim issues and promote resolution by working with the customer, Credit and Collections and Generic Product Field Force 3. Exercise discretion in the resolution of claim issues and involves management as necessary . Claim Processing: 1. Verify the accuracy of rebate calculation 2. Analyze account performance trends 3. Highlight notable issues / trends to Contracts & Pricing Contract Management 4. Perform ad-hoc analyses on request 5. Determine the viability of the claim payments Qualifications Minimum qualifications . B.Com Graduate . Significant Experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Analytics, or Financial industries . Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred qualifications: 1. Ability to interpret contractual language and rebate structures 2. Quick Learner, attention to detail, Sophisticated data analysis and mathematical capabilities 3. Individual must have a customer service attitude, work with a sense of urgency and be detail oriented, organized, and efficient. Individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision 4. Ability to prepare and analyze complex calculations and concepts. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach required. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentations skills are a must in addition to demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking 6. SAP Knowledge preferred 7.
