Roles and Responsibilitiesr r Engineering Graduates who passed-out in 2022 (very good candidates from 2021 batch can also be considered) and have a flair for design engineering are needed as Management Trainees-Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation ,Architect ,Process & Civil). Knowledge of CAD would be an advantage. General non-quota candidates from good institutes, having secured engineering admissions through merit seats alone need apply. Alternatively, they should rank in top five from their institute, with consistent score above 70%.r r Please note that the position has the pre-requisite of a 3 year secured bond of Rs. 5 Lakh value.
