Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee-Developer, RPA Automations
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Development and Technical support to our Internal stakeholders using RPA tools like Automation Edge.
You will function as the developer and L2 & L3 support. You will have to maintain the production environment and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the RPA BOTs without any disruption. You will closely work with Tech Leads, Senior developers, and managers.
You will be expected to be focused on RPA implementation industry’s realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.
You will be an individual contributor and take ownership of tasks assigned to you.
Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for technical issues faced in the production env and should be able to resolve the same whether it is related to the RPA tool, or anything raised by the L1 support team.
• Taking requirements for new case cases for RPA and creating the Requirement Analysis document
• Do Process Modelling and Process Re-engineering and suggest the to be process for Automation
• Analyze and Architect Solutions for use case implementation using RPA Tools like Automation Edge
• Design the workflows for the use cases as per the best practices of the RPA tools like Automation Edge
• Implement RPA use cases independently based on the requirement gathering documents from different stakeholders.
• Should be able to perform integration with upstream and downstream applications required for RPA automation
• Independently perform Automation Deployment of the use cases

• Strong hands-on Java or .NET experience, SQL, and PowerShell
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

• Supporting certificates in Automation Edge
