What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Perform Detailed and Comprehensive Analysis of Operating expenses.
- Perform Variance Commentary between Actuals vs Plan/Forecast/PY.
- Prepare & Review the Presentations, Management Packs and Magnitude reporting with focus on quality review, timely delivery of reports.
- Support in quarterly Expense Reforecast and Expense Planning.
- Proactive involve in the production and maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation (in respect of the process, systems, and controls).
- Provide resolutions to the queries & issues raised.
- Work and support adhoc reports or projects.
- Maintain strong communication with onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- CA with at least 1-2 years of Post-qualification experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong functional skills backed with analytical skills & problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams across the globe.
- Strong proficiency in Excel & Power Point.
- Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking.
- Willingness to ask ‘why’ and ‘how we can improve’.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with insurance Industry would be preferred
