Management Trainees commonly known as MTs are students of premier management institutes who choose to pursue their careers with Maruti Suzuki, straight after they graduate from their institution. MTs join us as Assistant Managers and are inducted with the objective of nurturing and grooming them to be Future Leaders. We at Maruti Suzuki ensure that our MTs get the necessary inputs in terms of Business Knowledge, Managerial Development, cross functional experience and in depth functional exposure in order to develop domain expertise & equip them to perform their roles and lay the foundation for their growth. MTs undergo induction training after which they join their respective business verticals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicants must be an MBA/PGDM passout of 2022 batch only
• The applicant must have scored at least 65% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th, 12th / Diploma (if applicable), Bachelors degree & MBA/PGDM
