Your Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager- APSD, this position is responsible to work Organic Project Team and Farmers for Documentation and Audits.
- Drafting the Organic system plan for all the organic production & processing projects and its implementation
- Ensuring compliance to organic certification standards and all related documnetation.
- Preparation of implementation Manual of system and procedure
- Training the staff and providing technical support in organic crop production, certifcation, inspection and Audits.

Your Profile
- Passionate about working with farmere and Team for Organic Project related documentation, planning and Execution.
- Thorough knowledge of Field crop agronomical practises in Organic way, growth stages and production system, Yiled estimation. Also he should be well versed with organic produce processing and export process.
- Good at Analytical skills and decision making skills through primary & secondary data
- University Degree in Agricultural Sciences
- Post-Graduation in Agriculture
- 5 to 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 strong related experience.
- Experience of working in a Certification Bodies for Audit and Documentation.
- Able to drive Organic Project activities with strong Team Leadership skills
- Strong People Management Skills
- Good exposure to Organic Business with accounting key deliverables
- Strong understating of Audit Process, documentation and presentation. Need to prepare timelines for Organic Project field activites and processing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.
