TempHtmlFile Generic Job description . Candidate must have experience in corporate Inside Sales in Indian B2B marketplace . Corporate sales experience in preferably in SaaS sales, IoT device/technology sales, IT Software or hardware sales would be preferable. . Candidate is required to develop relationship with corporate heads, to arrange meetings with potential client to prospect for new business . Candidate is responsiblefor leading sales teams to reach sales targets. . He will be primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. . Responsible for not only selling but alsomaintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his KRA. . Keeping up with product portfolio, market trends and devise sales communication strategy . Maintain CRM of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. . Be a hunter by nature and creative with communication skills. . Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback . Operations and Reporting - Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. . Skill to manage end to end project including delivery.
