Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the Sites
• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
• Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
• Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
• Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
• Getting project goals and oversee projects to completion

Qualification and Experience

• Fresh Engineering Graduate
• Communication in English, Malayalam is Mandatory and Hindi and Tamil also are preferred
• Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and pleasant personality.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
• Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: Up to 30,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Performance bonus
