Role - Assistant Manager - International Hotels

Department - International Hotels

Level - Assistant Manager

Location - Gurgaon

Role Overview:

This role will be a part of Alliances team in International Hotels SBU wherein the incumbent would be working closely with Supply Partners (like ctrip, agoda, booking.com, expedia) with portfolio size of 100 M$. He / She will be a techno-functional expert & will act as the POC for various strategic projects.

Know the Function:

The International Hotel Supply team manages supply for 17k+ International Hotels contracted on our platforms from locations like Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bali, Thailand, UAE, Europe, Vietnam etc

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Key accounts and drive Strategic initiatives for corresponding Partner

2. Provide actionable insights & simultaneously drive execution of multiple projects along with various stakeholders.

3. Handling Key Operations which are relevant to Strategic Partnerships

4. Building & Tracking MIS & business intelligence reports for various Supply KRAs

5. Regularly create high impact & creative presentations (both qualitative & quantitative) as per business requirement on various agendas & reviews

6. Coordinating closely with Supply Partners and Internal Product team to execute API integrations

7. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

8. Scope up the opportunities in the International Travel market & including benchmarking with other players inside & outside the industry

9. Create detail business plan, define the strategy, and identifying the milestone for every phase on how we can execute that vision into a real thing

10. Work with management to prioritize business needs and cater to information needs

11. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to help scale the business

What you will bring to the team:

- Your ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with Product, Tech, Supply, Finance, External stakeholders, post sales etc.

- Your drive to grow strategic accounts & partnerships for the organization.

Desired Competencies:

- Great communication skills, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude

- Good understanding preferably of the Travel market and E-commerce industry.

- Proficient in creating PPTs & decks.

- Advanced MS Excel.

- Basic SQL knowledge

- Experience - 3-7 years of experience
