Experience- 10 to 15 Years in any chemical manufacturing company most preferred Emulsion company experience. Roles and Responsibility: \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain all machinery to ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s at working standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Comply Statutory REQUIREMENTS, FACTORY inspector, Electricity board, Boiler INSPECTOR, MPCB AND DISH. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare Annual preventive Maintenance plan and monitor the status. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and comply with safety and Energy audits as per schedule. \xef\x82\xb7 Action plan to reduce utility costs. \xef\x82\xb7 Initiate to procure maintenance related spares \xef\x82\xb7 Verify and analyses breakdowns and take necessary action \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure testing and calibration of EQUIPMENT \xe2\x80\x98S, & calibration and stamping of weighing systems. \xef\x82\xb7 Verify good housekeeping practice during maintenance activity \xef\x82\xb7 Initiate and authorize the Work permit as per WPS for hot and cold work when necessary. \xef\x82\xb7 Verify and Monitoring the Hazardous waste like used oil, lead acid battery etc., generation and disposal to as per applicable norms. \xef\x82\xb7 Handling and utilization Department Manpower. \xef\x82\xb7 Initiate the procedure for any change required in the department. \xef\x82\xb7 Verify and monitor daily utility consumption. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing monthly reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. \xef\x82\xb7 Create and implement maintenance procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring the equipment efficiency and take necessary action for efficient use of M/c and equipment.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and update the Factory layout plan, building plan and facility plan and co-ordinate with Regulatory authority. \xef\x82\xb7 Identify the hazard and implement the risk reduction measures to reduce the risk severity and probability. Projects \xef\x82\xb7 Determine and define project scope and objectives \xef\x82\xb7 Developing of vendors, contractors & suppliers \xef\x82\xb7 Identify the resource requirements and take necessary approval for new projects. \xef\x82\xb7 Planning and preparing execution chart \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring the quality of work and procured equipment.
