Responsible for maintaining all utilities i.e. DG, Air compressor, DM plant
Responsible for Plant machinery, HVAC, Utilities and Water system etc
Responsible for maintaining optimum level inventory of mechanical and electrical spare parts in engineering store.
Handling new Liquid and Capsule facility, dry syrup, dry injection and liquid injection lines.
Handling machinery of Vial filling, Ampoule filling machines, DHS, Compression machines, Blister, ALUALU, FBD, RMG, Octa blender, Dry syrup filling, Filling and sealing machines of dry syrup, Ampoulewashing tunnel.
Responsible for HVAC operation and Maintenance.
Plans for Monthly preventive maintenance of the equipments and execute preventive maintenance schedule to ensure higher uptime of all the equipments.
Responsible for checking the condition of all the machinery in the starting of shift by taking complete round of whole plant with team of technicians.
